This product was fantastic! Although not required for my classes, the model set helped me tremendously with my knife cuts! As a visual learner (arent we all?), I found this to be the perfect solution! I read up on the creator of this knife set, Alex Darvishi, and no lie, he is legit! Competitor and International Judge. Thats saying something! I would highly reccomend this to anyone in culinary school or even in high school learning the new cuts!
